"I never aspired to be a size zero. Although one time I tried on a dress with a size 8 label when I thought I was a size 4. It turned out it was a UK size 8, so actually it was my normal size. But it made me think, 'Why do I even care?' "I couldn't care less if it said 14. It's just a number. Your best measure is to look in the mirror. I always say you shouldn't weigh yourself. I don't even have a set of scales in my house."Kim says she’s even okay with her imperfections. "I have cellulite. So what! I've never claimed to be perfect. Opting to hit the parties rather than the show itself, Kim Kardashian was on hand for the 19th Annual Elton John AIDS Foundation's Oscar viewing shindig in Los Angeles on Sunday evening (February 27).  Held at the Pacific Design Center, the E! reality beauty looked stunning in a J Mendel dress with Lorraine Schwartz jewels as she posed in the arrivals area before joining the many celebs in attendance.  Meanwhile, Miss Kardashian also took to her Twitter account to lend support to her mom, Kris Jenner, and her Oscar night endeavors.  Kim tweeted, "Good luck mom! The “Disaster Movie” babe brought her fashion A-game as she arrived at the Staples Center in Los Angeles, sporting a KaufmanFranco frock. Tonight’s festivities will include a bevy of beautiful people and a plethora of amazing musical performances. Among those taking the stage are Justin Bieber, Lady Antebellum, Muse, Lady GaGa, Katy Perry, and Eminem.
